So Dad was in town and I could use a bit of flying time so we took a trip to Stephenville TX for some of Texas best BBQ. Hard Eight BBQ is a nice 10 minute walk from the KSEP and well worth the stop if you’re in the area. They used to have self serve golf carts at the airport for the short trip but I’ve heard that they are no longer there for one reason or another but it’s not a bad walk and you’ll need to work of a few calories.
